trying to connect the dots

i think that is how it would be like if i got a twin. haha. (excuse the awful photoshopping. haha.. cant really be bothered to do a proper one)
then again, i cant really stand myself so i dont think i would get along really well with my twin if my twin is anything like me. it's kinda sad for people whom i think resemble me cause i wont really like their characters. haha. funny, isnt it? i mean.. it's not that i dont like them per say. i think.. i am more impatient with them compared to others.
i havent really written a long post for a pretty long time neither have i actually formed proper sentence.. gee. ah well. can start now, i suppose.
Final crit was alright, i supposed. i think it is good to expect the worst so that you wont feel so upset or anxious, especially when you need to print booklet and panels a couple of hours before submission. so, that's what i did. i expected the worst, braced myself.. and.. didn't really exactly lose control of myself.
which is really energy-draining. i think it might be less tiring to just break down and let hell loose.
tutors like the scheme, could have done better executing the idea through the model and drawings though and there are still a few unresolved stuff to think about.. tutor doesn't like the way i present. SIGHS. i really do have a problem with presenting. even though i prepare notes and attempted to practice on my group mates.. maybe i should have practiced more.
so anyway, i actually get my daily exercise still. (: still i havent sign up for any dance lesson (But i am finally one step forward. i have a completed sign up dance classes form all ready to be submitted. haha). and i am still rather hesitant to pay since aki is once again consuming my money. birthdays are sucking me dry too. i got three birthday celebrations already. and that's just for this sat, sunday and next sat. SIGHS. so anyway, yes.. daily exercise. running from printer to studio to the 4th floor printer and back again does help burn fats and make life.. erm.. a little more exciting.
(exciting = troublesome)
it is really such a pity i forgot all my maths and physics stuff. tutoring is really a good way to earn money part-time. the exchange korean students are pretty cool. I heard they are actually earning cash in singapore by giving tuition to korean kids in singapore who cant really speak english. i really think that is so awesome. (:
you know, you are like a girl with horrible mood swings. i still do not know what to do with you.
so alright. two weeks to play and do history and HR module stuff. really got a lot of catch up so yeah. (:
maybe i can go escape next week..
(:
and eat ice cream..
and just maybe.. learn proper photoshopping. it is really amazing to see all the panels today. really pretty. it is as if everyone except for me went to learn awesome photoshopping behind my back or something.

Thank God i have albert in my group. haha. he did the rendering for the above picture. oh yeah. that's my group's tower. basically, its a suspended tower - meaning the floors arent touching the middle core. they are being held by tension cables attached at the top of the roof. so, we played with the density of the cables at each floor (both structural and functional reasonings). and there is a stairwell in the middle core which acts as a bracing for the middle core (consist of 6 columns)
height 17.1m
very surprisingly, our 1:20 model isnt as big as other studios. in fact, it's probably one of the smallest? the biggest is properly 3/4 my height and 2 times my width. what the heck right? my model's material already cost like 100bucks? theirs probably cost like.. 200 or even 250. :/
alright. that's it for now. bye.
